Are your cocktails suitable for vegans?Updated 5 days ago

Our Negroni is the only cocktail we make that isn't currently vegan.

This is due to the Campari used, which does not contain any ingredients of animal origin; but small amounts of animal gelatin are used during the clarification process and even if the finished products are free of its residues we cannot declare it as suitable for Vegan. This is the latest information available from Campari.
