If you're not going to be home, you can use your Royal Mail tracking information to view the delivery options available for your order.

As our deliveries require age verification, your order must be handed to someone aged 18 or over. Unfortunately, this means Royal Mail can't leave your order in a safe place.

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver, they'll let you know how to arrange redelivery or collection. Proof of age may be required.

Please note: proof of age will be required to accept delivery.
