What delivery options are available?

All our deliveries are handled exclusively by DPD using their fully tracked 1 hour time window service. When placing your order please ensure you leave a mobile number or email address so that DPD can send you the relevant tracking information on the

Where's my delivery?

You can find all the tracking information from your order page within your account. Whilst we try to ensure all orders are delivered within the advised time frames we understand there can sometimes be issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 day

Can I return my order?

We accept returns if they are received by us within 30 days of delivery, and are in unused condition with fully sealed bottles and all original packaging. Returns are made at your own expense and we suggest using a trackable service.

What couriers do you use for your deliveries?

We use DPD for all deliveries.

Do you do international delivery?

We currently only ship to the UK. If you’re interested in purchasing from abroad, please let us know so we can consider this going forwards!

Can I get free shipping?

We offer free DPD Tracked Delivery (2-5 working days) on all orders that contain cocktails.

What packaging do orders get sent in?

Orders are sent in cardboard boxes with branded packaging tape (spoiler alert!). Within the outer box, the drinks, gift boxes and other products we sell are packed slightly differently depending on your order – our priority is getting everything to y

What if I'm not in for delivery?

Our orders are delivered by DPD. You will get a notification once they have left us and are on their way to you. You can use the DPD tracking emails to adjust your order preferences and select for the item to be left with a neighbour or in a safe pla

Can I send multiple gifts in one order?

Unfortunately, orders can only be dispatched to one address. We do offer free delivery with all cocktail orders, so you can easily place multiple orders to different addresses with no additional cost.

Is your pricing shown in the deliveries?

No, we don’t include packing slips or pricing with our orders. So if you’re sending a delivery as a gift you can rest assured they won’t see how much you’ve spent!
