What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as Apple pay and PayPal.

Can I get a refund?

If your item is unopened/unused then you can return it to us for a full refund. Please contact us directly to arrange this. Once we’ve received the return we’ll refund the order straight away.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you don’t need an account to order. You can either create an account when you check out or check out as a guest. You will need to create an account when purchasing a subscription so that you can manage your subscription in future.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to change your order once it has been placed.

Will I need ID to receive my delivery?

Yes, you will need ID on receipt of your delivery.

Do you do any discount codes?

We do occasionally offer discount codes depending on any marketing campaigns we are running at that time. If you’re on the hunt for an offer, the best bet is to sign up to our email newsletter!

Do you offer gift messages?

We offer gift messages with all orders. You’ll see an option to add this when you’re adding a product to your basket.

Do you offer better pricing for large orders?

Can I order for a specific date?

Unfortunately, we cannot arrange delivery for a specific date. We offer next day and Saturday delivery, so please see the information regarding these delivery options to choose the best time to place your order to ensure it’s received at the right ti

Can I order to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, orders can only be dispatched to one address. We do offer free delivery with all cocktail orders, so you can easily place multiple orders to different addresses with no additional cost.

Can I edit the billing address?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to adjust the billing address.

What countries can I order to?

We currently only ship to the UK. If you’re interested in purchasing from abroad, please let us know so we can consider this going forwards!
